(Output) INTEGER(4). A handle for structure termios. Stores the terminal settings. |

(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status. |
If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.
To get a handle for an instance of the termiosstructure, use PXFSTRUCTCREATE with the string 'termios' for the structure name.
