(Output) INTEGER(4). The returned value of the output baud rate from the structure associated with handle jtermios. |

(Output) INTEGER(4). The error status. |
If successful, ierror is set to zero; otherwise, an error code.
To get a handle for an instance of the termios structure, use PXFSTRUCTCREATE with the string 'termios' for the structure name.
